Work with department managers to gather information to develop and write instruction manuals

Identify and recommend improvements to current documentation templates and processes to further enhance quality and timely delivery

Coordinate and follow-up on the progress of submitted documentation

Perform other duties as assigned

Able to effectively communicate

Experience using Microsoft Office tools to create documentation

Previous software development experience

Understanding of the systems development life cycle
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

Graduated or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in the technology or software industry.

Strong proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and API documentation.

Familiarity with industry-standard documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or Microsoft Word.

Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and quality assurance testers.

Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to a non-technical audience.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
