The Digital Factory and Human websites provide company information and capabilities. They also provide the visitor with the opportunity to request additional information about our products and services. By visiting the Digital Factory or Human websites you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted and who have agreed to adhere to our privacy and security protocols.

Products and Services

Digital Factory and Human are next generation data analytics companies. Digital Factory is a mobile ad-tech company with micro-fencing solutions that help clients drive increased consumer engagement, utility and revenue via their brand applications. Human is a patient-centric health technology company with patented mobile location technology solutions that help clients drive increased patient and provider engagement, increased patient adherence, satisfaction, and lower costs. Our capabilities, experience and strategic approach drive significantly positive results as well as long lasting client relationships.

Security of your Personal Information

Digital Factory Technologies, Inc., secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We have implemented appropriate technical, physical and organizational measures in accordance with the most stringent industry standards including the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which is designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, damage, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access as well as all other forms of unlawful processing (including, but not limited to, unnecessary collection) or further processing.

No internet or any wireless network data transmission is completely secure. You acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control; and (b) security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through these websites cannot be guaranteed.

Collection of your Personal Information

Both Digital Factory and Human are business to business companies and do not offer individuals products and services, directly. All users access our products and services through our clients' businesses with which individuals have a relationship, such as employee, insured, patient, customer, etc.

In order to better provide individual website visitors with information about our companies', products and services, Digital Factory and Human request that you provide personally identifiable information, such as your: We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services described on the site or when your program sponsor provides them to you. We will use the information that you provide to us for communicating with you in relation to questions you have about our company or our services and products. We collect location data and may, based on a client's program requirements, collect some additional types of data such as external data (ex. weather, market trends, system level travel patterns). We do not collect individual financial, medical or other types of sensitive data. Our data analytics are reported in aggregate. We never sell personal information to any third party.

Use of your Personal Information

Digital Factory and Human's clients determine what incremental personally identifiable information is collected from their contract's end users in order to reach each client's specific program goals and objectives. Whether Digital Factory or Human's applications are incorporated into a client's native application or if a client requests Digital Factory or Human to create a custom application, the client owns the data. Each client has their own Terms and Conditions of Use for their products and services. For all additional capabilities provided by Digital Factory or Human our Terms and Conditions of Use apply. End users should read and become thoroughly familiar with the Privacy Policy of both their program sponsor, as well as, that of Digital Factory and Human.

We may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Digital Factory and its wholly owned subsidiaries.

If you are an employee, member, patient or customer of our client, your personal information is used to provide the products and services to you that your program sponsor has arranged for on your behalf. The Privacy Agreement that you have with your program sponsor governs, with Digital Factory accepting the terms and conditions of that primary agreement associated with their native application. Digital Factory's products are enhancements to the native application belonging to our client.

If Digital Factory creates and provides the base application (s), our terms and conditions apply, which will be shared with you for your agreement upon initial download of the custom application.

Use of Your Personal Information in the Provision of Products and Services

Digital Factory and Human products and services may require the collection of personal information for the processing of activities necessary to perform such services, including for the purpose of testing and applying new product or system versions, patches, updates and upgrades.

The optimal provision and performance of our products and services require Systems Operations Data, which are also covered under this policy. Systems Operations Data includes, but is not limited to, log files, event files, and other trace and diagnostic files, as well as statistical and aggregated information that relates to the use and operation of our Services, and the systems and networks these Services run on.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

Digital Factory does not ever sell, rent or lease its customer or user lists to third parties.

Digital Factory and Human may share data with trusted partners to, for example, send you email or provide customer support. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to our companies and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information, by contract and by law.

We will only disclose your personal information, if required to do so, by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to law or regulations or comply with official legal process served on Digital Factory or Human; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Digital Factory Technologies, Inc. or its subsidiaries; and/or (c) act under emergency circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Digital Factory, Human or the public.

Automatically Collected Information

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Digital Factory and Human. This information may include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Digital Factory and Human websites, products and services.
